An operator who's actually run the thing you're trying to build.
I'm Natalie Todd. I spent 10 years helping scale a consumer brand
from pre-revenue to $250 million, and I've spent the last six
building the systems that let me run multiple businesses without
a big team. I work with founders who want to talk to another
operator, not a consultant.
Hands-on help running the company. I work next to founders
on the parts of the business that are actually slowing them
down: hiring decisions, what to stop doing, what to delegate,
how to keep the founder from being the bottleneck.
For founders who don't need another consultant. They need an operator.

Build the systems that run your business
I use AI to run my own companies, the kind of internal systems
that used to take a team of five. Let me show you how to use
them in yours. Custom tools built around how your business
actually works, not generic software you bend yourself around.
For teams who want their work to feel less heavy.

Brand, positioning, and the story you tell
Most brand work stops at a deck. Mine doesn't. I spent
10 years naming products, launching them, watching them
succeed or fail, and fixing what didn't work. The story
you tell has to survive contact with a real customer
(or investor), not just look good on a slide.
For founders building real products, not just decks.
About
Why I know what I know.
I spent ten years leading marketing, branding, and product
innovation at Chosen Foods, helping take a consumer brand
from pre-revenue to $250 million. The first five years I was
the scrappy operator with a small budget and a small team.
The last five I led a 20-person team with a $10 million
marketing budget. Most operators only ever live in one of
those two modes. I've done both, and the muscle that came
from running constrained is still the muscle I run everything on.
I'm a mom of two, and how I work is downstream of that.
I'm not interested in running businesses that need me at a
desk 60 hours a week, and I'm not interested in a team of 30.
The systems I've built over the last six years are the reason
I don't have to.
